What polymeric gypsum do we offer?

What distinguishes single-component polymer gypsum?

Water-based single-component polymeric casting gypsum is a mixture of mineral powders and modifying additives, which is characterised by significantly higher strength than classic gypsum varieties. In addition, the product is resistant to fire and external weather conditions.

For example, Lastryko polymer gypsum is a ready-made casting compound, snow-white in colour, adapted for making Marble and Terrazzo/Lastryko decorations, which consists of:

• high-strength gypsum,
• natural fillers and
• modifying additives.

You will also appreciate it for its resistance to UV rays, its smooth casting surface, as well as for its exceptional ability to absorb pigments. It is also worth noting that "Chips" made from of this gypsum do not affect the colour of the mix, which is invaluable in the Terrazzo/Lastryko technique. Polymeric gypsum, on the other hand HandiCast (65Mpa) shows its unique advantages. Its exceptional mechanical resistance makes it an excellent choice for projects where maintaining durability and load resistance is crucial.

Two-component polymeric gypsum

Also, we offer two-component polymer gypsum based on environmentally friendly and safe acrylic resin. Our product, A-STONE gypsum, is an innovative combination of high-strength gypsum with acrylic resin, creating a material with excellent strength, environmentally friendly and flame-retardant. It allows any shape or structure to be moulded and laminated for lightweight, durable pieces. Hand application gives artists and architects the opportunity to create unique designs.

We also offer high quality pigments for polymeric gypsum - dry for HandiCast (65MPA)/SnowCast (Lastryko) polymer gypsum and liquid for A-STONE polymer gypsum. Their properties correspond to the conditions in which components made from polymeric gypsum are used. In working with this material, the following are also used impregnates for polymer gypsumretarders, silicones and, in material processing, invaluable stirrers for polymer gypsum.
