Return of goods (withdrawal)

In accordance with current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason. This period counts from the day you receive your delivery.

How to make a return?

  1. Fill in the declaration of withdrawal (you can use our return form).
  2. Send the product along with a statement to: E-CUPSTONE Oleksandr Diachenko, 7 Podmiejska Street, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański.
  3. Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, order confirmation or invoice) must be included in the package.
  4. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return of funds We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days of you informing us of the return, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back.

Claims (for product defects)

If the product you have purchased has defects or does not comply with the contract, you have the right to make a complaint.

1. How to make a complaint You can submit a complaint by email to: sklep@e-cupstone.pl
or by post to: E-CUPSTONE Oleksandr Diachenko, 7 Podmiejska Street, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański.

2. What should be included in the description of the complaint? To speed up the process, please specify:

  • information about the subject of the complaint (what is wrong?),
  • the date on which the defect occurred,
  • your request (repair, replacement, price reduction or - in the case of a major defect - withdrawal from the contract),

3. product recall In the event of a complaint, the product should be sent to: E-CUPSTONE Oleksandr Diachenko, 7 Podmiejska Street, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański. Important: In the event of a justified complaint, the shipping costs are paid by the shop.

4. Handling of complaints We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from its receipt.
