Returns and complaints

Filing a complaint
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and enclose it with your parcel. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2.Return of the product
When making a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of goods
In accordance with current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, fill in the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Also include all accessories received with the product(s) and the receipt or invoice in the package with the statement and the product(s) being returned.
