When using a new casting mould, it is a good idea to use a polymer gypsum calculator. With this solution, we will prepare the required amount of finished casting material - without wasting product and without making up the product. How do you calculate the amount of polymer gypsum needed? It's nothing easier than that. Place the mould on a scale that has been turned off and turn the scale on - this tars the scale, which is necessary to make the correct calculation. We pour the water fully into the mould. The weight of the water, or the result obtained in grams, will be the indicator we need to calculate the amount of gypsum. In the gypsum calculator, we select the product we are going to use and enter the result obtained from the weight, and optionally the amount of dry pigment. The displayed result is an indication for us in what proportions to prepare the product for casting.
