We dispatch each order as soon as payment is credited to our account. In the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment, the goods are prepared for dispatch immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery times and carriers

Parcels are delivered by courier companies. The delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the address of the recipient. Usually the parcel arrives within 1-2 working days.

Attention: When paying by online transfer, the time of receipt of the parcel may be extended by the transfer processing time.

Collection at InPost parcel machines

If you have chosen the option of collecting your order via Parcel Machines InPost, your parcel will be delivered to the Parcel Machine of your choice within a few working days (usually up to 2-3 days) of sending the parcel.
