How to prepare the Zerra mix?
Mixing ratio:
100 g powder : 30 g water
Method of preparation:
- Pour the powder into the water, never the other way around.
- Blend for a minimum of 90 seconds until smooth.
- Once prepared, use the mixture during the working time of the material.
- Unmoulding of the finished component is possible after approximately 40 minutes.
Calculation of quantity needed:
- Measure the volume of the mould with water (X = amount in grams).
- Calculate the required weight of the powder: G = X × 1.68
- Calculate the weight of the water: W = G × 0.30

- Mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform colour or the intended decorative effect.
